Multi-Language

The hotline provides multi-language (Cantonese, Portuguese, Putonghua and English) automatic information service, automatic phone banking, and you may choose to speak with one of our experienced customer service representatives  for your enquiries and requests. 

Speak with our Customer Service Representative 

To speak with our customer service representatives, you need to choose the language after the hotline system pick up your call, selecting as follows:

  • Cantonese - press 1,
     

  • Portuguese - press 2,
     

  • English - press 3,
     

  • Putonghua - press 4
     

And then you may press "3" to speak with our customer service representatives. For other automatic services, just follow the instructions provided along your call.
