If you are overseas and you loose your Card, you may make a collect call to our 24 hrs Customer Service Hotline 28 335 533 or MasterCard Emergency Card Replacement Centers to request assistance for emergency cash and/or emergency replacement card.
When traveling in the U.S. call 1-800-752-9258 or 1-800-247-4623 (toll-free). When traveling outside the U.S. call collect: 1-314-275-6690.
All above mentioned MasterCard Emergency Card Replacement Centers provide 24-hrs service.
MasterAssist is a package of emergency assistance services provided to BNU MasterCard Gold Cardholders.
The MasterAssist services consist of MasterAssist Medical Protection, MasterTrip, and MasterLegal. All benefits of MasterAssist are available to BNU MasterCard Gold Cardholders 24-hrs a day, 7 days a week, by placing a collect call to:

MasterAssist Medical Protection
Doctor/hospital referral is a hotline for emergency medical assistance, including referrals to nearby doctors and hospitals and dispatching of a doctor if necessary. At MasterAssist Center, medical staff are on call 24 hours a day to provide medical help to the Cardholder when needed. The Center will also call upon the services of a worldwide network of physicians, hospitals, dentists, and administrative agents to provide help for medical emergencies. Cardholders will pay for the services rendered.
MasterAssist staff will closely monitor the Cardholder’s treatment and prescribed medication, in order to keep the Cardholder’s family well informed of the Cardholder’s condition:
EMERGENCY MESSAGE SERVICE: will relay messages to and from the Cardholder if the Cardholder is sick or injured.
MEDICAL EVACUATION / REPATRAITION: if the Cardholder is sick or injured, and MasterAssist medical staff and the attending physician agree that the Cardholder must be moved in order to get proper care, transportation will be arranged by MasterAssist, though the Cardholder will bear the expense for such transportation. If the Cardholder is traveling with dependent children, arrangement will be made to have them sent home. Arrangements will also be made to have the Cardholder repatriated to the country of residence after treatment has been provided and he or she is medically able to be returned home. All arrangements must be paid by the Cardholder.
MasterTrip
PRE-TRIP INFORMATION: the Cardholder may use MasterAssist to help plan a trip out of the country. The Center can provide information about the destination, such as required entry documents, currency rates, and weather conditions.
LOST DOCUMENT ASSISTANCE: if the Cardholder’s travel ticket, passport, or visa is lost or stolen during travel, the MasterAssist service will assist in finding or replacing the missing items.
LOST LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE: if the Cardholder’s luggage is lost by a common carrier such as airline, the MasterAssist center will assist in tracing and retrieving the luggage and arrange for the shipment of replacing items to the Cardholder.
EMERGENCY CASH: in the event of an emergency requiring immediate cash, MasterAssist will transfer or advance up to the equivalent of U.S.$5,000 upon a guarantee from family, friends of the cardholder

MasterLegal
Legal referral: in the event of a legal emergency, MasterAssist will refer the Cardholder to a local legal advisor, using the MasterAssist worldwide network of legal professionals. The MasterAssist Center will also arrange for a consultation, to be held at the Cardholder’s expense.
Bail bond assistance: MasterAssist will transfer or advance up to the equivalent of U.S.$5,000 for bail bond or legal fees upon a guarantee from family, friends, or the Cardholder.
