• Refinance: loan ratio up to 70% of the up-to-date evaluation value of the property, less outstanding loan balance if any.
• Overdraft facility: You may link the property to an overdraft facility with a maximum limit of up to 70% of the up-to-date evaluation value of the property, less outstanding loan balance if any.

How to apply for a Housing Loan

Fill in a housing loan application form and return it together with the following documents to any one of our BNU branches:

• Copy of applicant(s) ID.
• Proof of income.
• Copy of "Promise of buying and selling contract" signed between the applicant and seller.
• "Busca" from the "Conservatoria do Registo Predial de Macau". The Bank can handle the "Busca" for a fee of MOP30.
