CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTIONS

You may pay your Credit Card bills on your own, through:

• Internet Banking (BNU Online Banking or Business Online Banking);
   

• ATM, in BNU ATM network in Macau, or in JETCO network with machines with JET Payment logo, in Macau and Hong Kong;
   

• Phone Banking (BNU Direct / Call Center), hotline 28 335533;
   

• BNU Branches network (cash, cheque, account transfer or “Quick Cheque Deposit”);
   

• Mail (cheque mailed to BNU Credit Card Center – Av. Almeida Ribeiro, 22 – Macau)

or you may instruct us (forms available at http://www.bnu.com.mo) to do it for you automatically, through “Autopay”, on request, through “Flexipay”, or with a combination of both, by registering to the following services:

• Autopay - On “Payment Due Date” the Balance (Statement Balance or Minimum Payment) will be automatically debited into your designated Current or Savings Account according to your pre-set instruction for “Full Payment” or “Minimum Payment”
   

• Flexipay - Up to the eve of the “Payment Due Date” you call to our Hotline 28 335533 and inform how much you want to pay. You may use BNU Online service (BOL) to give us your instructions.

Autopay and Flexipay

• Minimum Payment - “Minimum Payment” on the “Payment Due Date”, unless otherwise instructed through “Flexipay”
   

• Full Payment - Statement Balance on the “Payment Due Date”, unless otherwise instructed through “Flexipay”.
