An easy and convenient way to contact our Credit Card Centre

For your convenience, we have installed a drop box at each BNU branch for the following purposes:

Pay by Cheque to a Credit Card Bill
 
Please pay attention to the following before you drop the cheque into the drop box:

• Write down the credit card number on the back of the cheque

• The cheque shall be placed inside a sealed envelope.

• Do not drop any cash or post-dated cheque into the box for  payment of a credit card bill

• The cheque for payment of a credit card bill will be processed next  working day

Correspondence to BNU Credit Card Centre
 
Other correspondence to our Credit Card Centre may also be put into the Drop Box such as :

• BNU Credit Card Application form

• Autopay/Flexipay Application Form

• Updated mailing address or personal data etc

In case you return your credit card to our Credit Card Centre, please do not drop the credit card into the box without cutting it into two pieces.
