Our customer care service representatives will answer your call and your comments will be taken constructively. 

You may also fill in our comment form and put it back into our comment drop box at any one of our branches.

A reply will be given to you no later than in 2 weeks time. In addition, you can also e-mail your comments to markt@bnu.com.mo.
