BNU Direct is a banking service that you access with a simple telephone call to perform banking transactions anywhere, anytime.

It provides a fast, convenient and secure telephone banking service available at your choice in one of 4 languages:  Cantonese, Portuguese, English and Putonghua.

Free Service 

BNU  Direct is a FREE service and  you only need to fill in the Application Form and send it back to any one of our branches. Application Forms are available at all our branches, and you may get one by fax through BNU Direct or  download it from the Internet.

Bank Statement by Fax

Through BNU Direct service, your Current and Statement Savings account statement can be obtained by Fax any time during a day. 

Bill and Credit Card Payment  (BNU Credit Card, CTM, CEM & SAAM)
 

By using BNU Direct, you can pay your BNU Credit Card, CTM , CEM and SAAM bills from anywhere, any time you like. You can also enjoy the use of our credit card Flexi-Pay service by changing the payment amount and the payment date for your credit card bill according to your financial needs.

Fund Transfer between Accounts
 

You can transfer funds between your Current or Savings Account in different currencies (presently MOP, HKD, EUR and USD). You can transfer funds to your own accounts or to your Pre-defined Third Party accounts which are specified by you in the Application Form.
