Account Enquiry

When you click "Account Enquiry", it shows you a summary of the most updated balances of the accounts by Account Type in your BNU ONLINE List. The Balance is shown with Equivalent Amount in the currency of the Primary account of your Account List. But you can click the box "Equivalent Amount in" to select MOP/HKD/EUR/USD to display the Equivalent.

You can click the "Excel Download" icon to display the summary information in an Excel file or save it to your PC for later usage.

You can click Savings Account, Current Account, Time Deposit, Overdraft Account, Loan Account or Credit Card to view detailed accounts information about any of these accounts.


Savings Account Enquiry

This page shows you the current balance (in the account's original currency and in MOP equivalent) for each of your Savings accounts included in the BNU ONLINE Account List. The Personal Remark (maintained through function "Name Accounts" of "Personalization") is also shown next to the Account Number. If your account is eligible for Online Statements, you can click the "Apply Now" / "View" links to apply for or view the account's Online Statement.

Savings Account(s) History

By clicking the account number directly, BNU ONLINE allows you to view the Transaction History for the account and to "Apply" for or "View" the Online Statement.

  1. If your account is eligible for Online Statements and you want to apply, you can click the "Request Online Statement" link. Click OK to confirm.
     
  2. If you already applied for Online Statements, you can select your required Statement Cycle and click the "View in PDF" button. Please note that you need Acrobat® Reader to view the Online Statement.
     
  3. To display the Transaction History, you can choose "Last 15 Transactions" / "Current Month" / "Previous Month" / "Last 3 Months" in the Range option or select the "From" / "To" date range by yourself.
     
  4. You can also select the type of transactions, such as ATM transactions, BNU Online Transactions in the "View By" option.
     
  5. Press the GO button and the transactions will be shown immediately.
     
  6. If you wish, you can click the "Excel Download" icon to display the transactions in an Excel file or save it to your PC for later usage.


Current Account Enquiry

This page shows you the current balance (in the account's original currency and in MOP equivalent) for each of your Current accounts in BNU ONLINE Account List. The Personal Remark (maintained through function "Name Accounts" of "Personalization") is also shown next to the Account Number. If your account is eligible for Online Statements, you can click the "Apply Now" / "View" links to apply for or view the account's Online Statement.

Current Account(s) History

By clicking the account number directly, BNU ONLINE allows you to view the Transaction History for the account and to "Apply" for / "View" Online Statements.

  1. If your account is eligible for Online Statements and you want to apply, you can click the "Request Online Statement" link. Click OK to confirm.
     
  2. If you already applied for Online Statements, you can select your required Statement Cycle and click the "View in PDF" button. Please note that you need Acrobat® Reader to view the Online Statement.
     
  3. To display the Transaction History, you can choose "Last 15 Transactions" / "Current Month" / "Previous Month" / "Last 3 Months" in the Range option or select the "From" / "To" date range by yourself.

Time Deposit Enquiry

This page shows all your Time Deposit Accounts, if you have registered all your Time Deposits in BNU ONLINE. The respective Time Deposits' Term, Maturity, Principal and Equivalent in MOP, HKD, EUR or USD are shown. The default Equivalent amount for each account is shown in MOP. However, you have the option to view the Equivalent in HKD, EUR and USD. The accounts can be shown by Currency (by default, or if you press "Select by currency" link), or by Maturity (if you press the "Select by maturity" option).

Time Deposit Details

If you need detailed information about a Time Deposit, you just have to click the account number and details such as Interest Rate, Maturity Date, Principal plus Interest, etc. will be shown.


Overdraft Account Enquiry

This page shows you the current balance (in the account's original currency and in MOP equivalent) for each of your Overdraft accounts in BNU ONLINE Account List. The Personal Remark (maintained through function "Name Accounts" of "Personalization") is also shown next to the Account Number. You can also click "Apply Now" / "View" to apply for or view the account's Online Statement.

By clicking the account number directly, BNU ONLINE allows you to view the Transaction History for the account and to "Apply" for / "View" Online Statements.

  1. If your account is eligible for Online Statements and you want to apply, you can click the "Request Online Statement" link. Click OK to confirm.

Loan Account Enquiry

This page shows you the current balance (in the account's original currency and in MOP equivalent) for each of your Loan Accounts registered in BNU ONLINE. A sub-total of all accounts' balances in MOP equivalent is provided for your reference.

Loan Account Details

If you need detailed information about a Loan Account, click the account number and details such as Interest Rate, Next Payment Date, Next Payment Amount, Past Due Amount, etc. will be shown.


Credit Card Enquiry

This page shows you the Available Limit, Statement Balance, Due Date and Minimum Payment for each of your Credit Cards that you have registered in BNU ONLINE. The Personal Remark (maintained through function "Name Accounts" of "Personalization") is also shown next to the Account Number.

If your Credit Card is eligible for Online Statements, you can click the "Apply Now" / "View" links to apply for or view the account's Online Statement.

Credit Card Detail

By clicking the Credit Card number directly, BNU ONLINE allows you to view the Credit Card summary data as off last statement, the Transaction History for the Credit Card and "Apply" / "View" Online Statements.

  1. If your Credit Card is eligible for Online Statements and you want to apply, you can click the "Request Online Statement" link. Click OK to confirm.
     
  2. If you already applied for Online Statements, you can select your required Statement Cycle and click the "View in PDF" button. Please note that you need Acrobat® Reader to view the Online Statement.
     
  3. To display the Transaction History, you can choose "Last 15 Transactions" / "Current Month" / "Previous Month" / "Last 3 Months" in the Range option or select the "From" / "To" date range by yourself.
     
  4. You can also select the type of transactions, such as ATM transactions, BNU Online Transactions in the "View By" option.
     
  5. Press the GO button and the transactions will be shown immediately.

Online Statement

With this option you can easily "View", "Print" and "Save" to your PC, your Current, Savings or Credit Card account statements, instead of receiving hard copies through mail.

Subscription of Service

  1. Press the "Apply Now" button in "Account Inquiry", under "Online Statement". Confirm the account data and press OK to confirm your request.
     
  2. Once your application is received and approved, your next Online Statement will be available through BNU ONLINE on the next statement date.


Combined Statement
  1. If you have a Combined Statement and you want to subscribe the Online Statement, you should be the primary owner of the lead account of your Combined Statement, and that lead account should be one of your BNU ONLINE registered accounts.
     
  2. After your application is received and approved, the PDF link for viewing the Online Statement will only be available in the enquiry page of lead account, but not on the pages of the other subordinate accounts of the Combined Statement.


Exclusions
  1. If you are a secondary account holder you cannot apply for Online Statement.
     
  2. If you are currently not receiving statements (have instructed the Bank not to receive statements) you will not be able to apply for Online Statement, unless you gives further instructions to the bank.
     
  3. Passbook Savings accounts are not eligible products for Online Statement (unless they are included in the Combined Statement).
