If it is the first time you login to "BNU Online", please refer to First Login for the detailed procedure. If you have your Login ID already, just input it and the PIN onto the text boxes for login to "BNU Online".

When you login to "BNU Online" successfully, the Account Summary screen will be displayed.

Please note that your Login ID will be disabled after 3 times of invalid PIN attempts. To re-activate the ID, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 2833 5533.

First Login

If it is the first time you login to "BNU Online", please input the Reference No. (printed outside the PIN mailer) into the Login ID text box. Then, input the Initial PIN (printed inside the PIN Mailer) into the PIN text box. Click the LOGIN button to get access.

Login ID

To make it easier for you to remember your login ID, you can specify any combination of numbers as your "BNU Online" Login ID. When you select your own Login ID, it shall be 6 digits long, combination of numbers (0-9) and no spaces and special characters.

This Login ID will be your identification once it is accepted by "BNU Online", and the Reference No. would become invalid thereafter. You have to use your selected ID for login to "BNU Online" in the future and it cannot be changed.

PIN and One-Time Password (OTP)

For security purposes, you will be required to assign your PIN and introduce the OTP. Basically, the PIN is for you to login to the "BNU Online" and the OTP is required for sensitive or funds related transactions, such as Funds Transfers, etc.

  • The new PIN that you are going to input has to meet the following criteria:

    • Length: minimum 6 and maximum 10 numbers.
    • Possible values: "0" to "9".
    • No space or special character is allowed.
    • The new PIN input cannot be the same as the current PIN.

You can choose "Change PIN" anytime in future to improve security.

  • The OTP is a unique and time-sensitive password, sent to your mobile phone, whenever you perform certain transactions and operations on the “BNU Online” service, and used to validate them. It can only be used once within a short period of time and it expires upon the earliest of it being used or a short period of time having elapsed. For more details about OTP click here.
